Container Dri II is a dynamic type new generation cargo desiccant aimed at protecting goods during shipping and transportation by aggressively absorbing moisture in the air.
It contains calcium chloride as the aggressive desiccant and modified starch which serves as a gelling agent.
Why use it ?
Container Dri II container desiccant protects your products against harmful effects of moisture damage (rust, corrosion, mold, mildew, deterioration etc..) during shipping by container, truck or wagon.
It reduces dew point temperature (the temperature at which condensation begins to form, causing “container rain”) by effectively absorbing moisture and keeps cargo dry and safe.
It has the ability to protect shipments from beginning to end , through all the temperature and climate changes and variances in the relative humidity. It continues to reduce the relative humidity levels below RH %40 which decreases the dew point temperature even further.
Container Dri II series is available in a variety of configurations to best fit different modes and methods of shipping i.e. bag, bag with hanger, strip, blanket and pack.

Superior absorption capacity: In comparison to conventional desiccants, its greatest advantage is the adsorption capacity which is 300% of its own weight at RH 95% and 40 C temperature.
Safe and easy to use : It is completely safe and non toxic and its innovative design allows water vapor to easily enter the interior of the bag, where it is transformed into a thick gel and will not leak, escape, or spill. It can be disposed with regular waste. Due to its small size, it can easily be distributed evenly in the container. It has an adhesive tape on the back thus can easily be placed on the container walls or on top of the cargo packaging.
Recommended usage 125g bag tape:
The optimum required quantity may change as per product type and shipping conditions.
Under normal conditions, for a period of 30-40 days of transit, it is recommended to use 32-36 pcs of 125g bags in a 20’ container. For 40’ container, this amount should be doubled.
